Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Qubitbytes' internet bonding, broadband, and related services. By subscribing, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Service Agreement
Qubitbytes provides internet bonding, broadband, and related services (collectively, "Services") to combine multiple internet connections (e.g., BT Fibre, Virgin Media, EE 5G) for enhanced speed and reliability. Services are subject to availability and may require specific hardware, such as the Qubitbytes bonding router.
You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Usage Policy. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services with reasonable notice.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information and promptly updating any changes.
- Maintaining the security of your account and equipment, including the Qubitbytes router.
- Ensuring your internet connections (e.g., fibre, 5G) are active and compatible with our bonding technology.
- Complying with all applicable UK laws and regulations, including those set by Ofcom.
3. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly or as specified in your plan. Payments are due on the billing date, and late payments may incur fees or service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Pricing details are available in the Plans section or via the Customer Area.
Billing disputes, including chargebacks, must follow our Dispute Policy. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in service suspension or additional fees.
4. Termination
You may terminate your subscription with 30 days' notice through the Customer Area. We may terminate or suspend Services for non-payment, violation of these terms, or illegal activity, with notice where feasible. Upon termination, you must return any leased equipment (e.g., bonding router) in good condition.
5. Limitation of Liability
Qubitbytes is not liable for interruptions caused by your internet providers, equipment failures, or events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, natural disasters). We strive to provide reliable bonding and broadband services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific speeds, as these depend on your underlying connections.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to our Services will be handled per our Dispute Policy. As a member of the Communications Ombudsman, we support independent resolution for unresolved issues, accessible at https://www.commsombudsman.org/.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on this page, and significant updates will be communicated via email or the Customer Area. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
